This Privacy Policy explains how the YouTube Copilot system ("the Application") handles data when interacting with Google APIs, including YouTube Data API, YouTube Analytics API, and Google Drive API. This application is private and is used exclusively by its owner to manage multiple YouTube channels.
The Application does not collect personal information from external users. The only data accessed belongs to the authenticated Google accounts used to authorize the system. This includes:
No personal information unrelated to YouTube or Drive operations is collected or stored.
The Application performs automated operations such as uploading videos, updating thumbnails, modifying metadata, retrieving analytics, scheduling publications, and managing privacy settings. All actions occur only on channels voluntarily connected by the owner.
The Application fully complies with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service .
Google Drive is used exclusively as temporary storage for media assets such as thumbnails, audio files, images, and other items generated during automated video production workflows. The Application uses only the drive.file scope, which restricts access to files created by the Application itself. It cannot access or view files created manually by the user.
The Application does not share, sell, or transfer any information to third parties. All processing occurs locally within the authenticated automation environment.
The Application stores only the minimum metadata necessary for managing automated workflows. No sensitive user data is stored. Temporary files on Google Drive may be deleted automatically once a video is published.
You may revoke the Application's access to your Google account at any time using:
